1 tbsp Kooray spice ‘n easy organic yellow Thai curry, 1 ripe mango, 200 gr strawberries, 200 gr grapes, 1 can lychees, 2 tbsp coconut chips, 1 tbsp honey
Preparation (10 minutes)
Wash the fruits, peel the mango, remove the strawberry stalks, de-stem grapes and drain the lychees. Cut everything into even pieces and mix in a bowl with 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp Kooray spice ‘n easy. Arrange the curry-spiced fruits in bowls and top with coconut chips. Try it, love it!
