Competition conditions for the K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) online shop launch competition:

1. General conditions of participation
- All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany or Europe are eligible to participate.

- Employees of K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) and their relatives are excluded from participation.



2. Duration of the competition
- The competition begins on 16/09/2024 and ends as soon as 1,000 individual orders have been received from different people, but no later than [16/09/2025, 00:00].

- Time zone: Central European Time (CET).



3. Conditions of participation
- To take part in the competition, the participant must:

1. Follow the Kooray Instagram profile @kooray_food and I.T.C. Reisen profile @i.t.c_reisen
2. Place an order in the K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) online shop.

- The order number (e.g. #1001) serves as an anonymous ticket number for the prize draw.

- Only the first order of each participant will be considered for the competition. Any further orders placed by the same participant will not be considered and will not increase the chance of winning.

- Cancelled, aborted or unpaid orders will not be considered.
- The value of the order has no influence on the chance of winning.

4. Prize description
- The winner will receive a travel voucher worth €1,000, provided by I.T.C. Reisen, for a trip to Thailand.

- The voucher must be redeemed for a trip to Thailand at the I.T.C. Reisen travel agency and cannot be transferred to another travel agency or travel booking portal.

- Cash payment of the travel voucher is not possible.

- The voucher covers travel costs up to a value of €1,000, additional costs (e.g. accommodation, meals, transfers) must be borne by the winner.

- The travel voucher must be redeemed within one year of receipt.


5. Prize draw
- The competition will end as soon as 1,000 individual orders have been received from independent persons.

- The winner will be drawn at random from the order numbers by means of an anonymous draw (order/invoice number).

- The winner will be announced via our social media channels and the winner will also be notified directly via the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

6. Disclaimer
- This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.

- K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) accepts no liability for technical faults, order or dispatch delays that affect participation in the competition.

- K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) is not liable for any problems that may arise when redeeming the travel voucher through I.T.C. Reisen (e.g. delays, cancellations).



7. Data protection
- The data collected as part of the competition (e.g. name, e-mail address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.

- The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the prize.

8. Legal process
- Legal recourse is excluded.



9. Additional conditions
- K-Group GmbH (Kooray spice ‘n easy) reserves the right to change or prematurely cancel the competition at any time should this be necessary.

- Multiple orders placed by the same person will not be counted as multiple entries and will not increase the chance of winning.
