1 portion (50 gr or 3 tbsp) Kooray spice ‘n easy organic yellow Thai curry, 200 gr smoked salmon (optional vegan), 175 gr cream cheese (optional vegan), 1 cucumber, 1 mango, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, soy sauce (optional)
Mix one portion of Kooray spice ‘n easy together with creme cheese and set aside. Using a peeler, remove the peel from the mango and cucumber and peel down elongated strips. On a piece of cling film, first lay out one layer of cucumber strips, then mango strips and lastly the smoked salmon on top of each other, before covering the layers with curry creme cheese and sesame seeds. Using cling film, roll the layers into a compact roll (just like sushi). Remove the cling film, cut the role into 8 pieces and repeat the process. Serve the final curry cream cheese roles with extra sesame seeds and soy sauce (optional). Try it, love it!
